| Lean concrete base can meet the demand of large and heavy traffic and thereforeasphalt pavement with lean concrete base is more and more used in the highway. Andaccording to the12th Five-Year Plan of Ministry of Transportation, our country willintensify the reconstruction of artery of the province, a large number of the construction ofsecondary roads, and there are a lot of trunk highways, transportation routes and factoriesroads all need heavy-duty asphalt pavement. To this end, this paper mainly researches onasphalt cement composite pavement of secondary roads, which is also namely asphaltpavement of lean concrete base.Firstly, analyzing the mechanical properties of lean concrete base material. Throughthe analysis of the major destruction forms of asphalt pavement of lean concrete base, sixmechanics indexes are obtained, namely tensile stress at the bottom of the asphalt layer,tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer, tensile stress at the bottom of the subbaselayer, deflection on the surface of pavement, shearing stress of the asphalt layer, verticalcompressive strain on the top of roadbed. And concluding the most adverse position ofeach mechanics index in the uniformly distributed load of dual wheel and the depth ofpavement.Secondly, selected seven factors, namely modulus and thickness of the surface layer,modulus and thickness of the base, thickness of the subbase and modulus of the roadbed,analysing the order of each factor on the mechanics indexes through the orthogonalityanalysis method.Again, selected the modulus and thickness of the lean concrete base, the thickness ofthe cement stabilized crushed stone subbase, the modulus and thickness of the asphaltlayer, then carring out an exhaustive calculation and analysis of the mechanics indexes andreaching the influencing rule respectively. It’s very necessary to set the anti-crackinginterlay through analysis of the defects of asphalt cement composite pavement. Analysingthe influencing rule of pavement’s stress when setting an rubber-asphalt anti-crackinginterlay by using ABAQUS, providing an important basis for structure designing. Finally, concluding the reasonable structure of asphalt cement composite pavement ofsecondary road through comprehensive analysis and research, and also summarizing thespecific requirements of material for the pavement’s each layer. |
