How to enhance the vehicle ride comfort is the responsibilities that the car companiesshould’t dodge. The gap of design technology between China and foreign industry isgeneralization realized and the NVH is one of the major problems. Reasonable matchingof powertrain mounting system is one of effective measures to solve the problem. Thispaper introduced the method, improving the NVH, that the powertrain mounting systemvibration is analyze and the stiffness are optimized by software ofADAMS and Isight.Frist, the researches and developments of powertrain mounting system weresummarized and the design criteria and requirements were introduced. Thevibration-isolating and energy decoupling were described strongly.Second, the powertrain mounting system model based on ADAMS was build and thevibration character that was justified by comparing with the Matlab calculation wasanalyzed. The mounting system that did not meet the isolation requirements androbustness requirements need to be robustness optimized by Isight.Then the forces and displacements of the mounts in the28kinds of extreme workingconditions were obtained using ADAMS, which in turn determine the nonlinear curveinflection point and design the the mount stiffness of nonlinear curve.Using ADAMS and Isight, we can not only analysis the powertrain mount systemvibration but also optimize according to the need for data.
