The energy shortage is increasingly highlighted with the gradual depletion of traditional energy. In nature, there is vibration exists in every aspect of our life, but has been can not get used effectively, and the micro vibration power generation technology is a kind of way to transform the nature vibration energy into electrical energy device, in the past few decades, the micro vibration power generation technology gradually got the attention of scientific researchers because of its environmental safety, low cost, and no life limitationOn the basis of summarizing and analyzing the micro vibration power generation technology development,we proposed a new structure in micro electrostatic vibration generator, the generator is the use of the principle of electromagnetic induction, through vibration generator internal capacitance changes, to obtain vibration energy from the environment, we make the plate to the vertical motion to change the capacitance, this structure is simple to make, can be integrated using, lower vibration to the environment request. The main work of this paper is:the first chapter mainly introduced this topic research background, and summarizes the current progress of the micro vibration power generation technology at home and abroad, put forward a new type of structure of the vibration generator. The second chapter mainly aimed at the charge storage in material electret film including the polarization conditions, we simulates a work platform according to generator work environment, through this platform to get the electric charge stored within the electret film in different polarization conditions, and the polarization conditions were determined for the electrode tip distance of4.5mm, polarization voltage3.4kv,10min polarization time. In the third chapter we designed and proposed micro vibration generator, and tested on the experiment condition, get it output characteristics on different frequency. On this basis, we study the rule of the series connection and the parallel connection, found that the superposition of the generator unit can be very good use, and in the process of superposition, we measure its output power. The fourth chapter is about the whole experiment summarize, and prospects the future development.Electret micro vibration generators is mainly used in microelectromechanical system (MEMS) of energy due to their small size, but also shows the prospects of large-scale power generation, especially good superposition rule and simple power structure, provides conditions for large-scale integrated use. As kind of no pollution, low cost of new energy source, micro vibration generators have high research value and broad application prospects.
