Idealiy, the voltage of the public utility grid is a single and fixed frequency signai, and meet the relevant provisions. But with the advent of the harmonic problems, the public utility grid is seriously polluted. The problems caused by power harmonic are concerned by more and more people. How to make the right analysis about the problems caused by power harmonics is the key to proposed methods about restraining the power harmonic. The development of standard device about harmonic analysis piays a positive role in solving this problem.According to the related regulation about the quality of electric energy and needs of the measure and monitoring department, this thesis gives a scheme about the development of standard device about harmonic analysis. The standard device about harmonic analysis mainly includes the development of harmonic sources and the development of the analyzer about electrical parameters. The harmonic source can output harmonic signal; the analyzer about electrical parameters can analyze the input electrical signals, and give the relevant electrical parameters.The development of the analyzer about electrical parameters, software system design uses the development environment of CCS. the rapid, floating-point DSP chip is the core of controller and data analysis, the resistance divider and the current comparator are used forgetting the sampled signals, DDS technology can realization of signal tracking and quasi-integral period sampling. At the same time, in order to reduce the error caused by non-integer period sampling, using the matrix compensation algorithm.The development of harmonic sources, the single-chip is used as the core of controller and data processing, the single-chip is the stable performance and widely used MCU, the dual-port RAM is used for the data cache, the preliminary amplifier is used for amplifying the preliminary signal. And then the signal amplified with class-AB power amplifier can load capacity. The harmonic source uses the output transformer for the convenience of switching gear of the output signal. At the same time, the hardware system of harmonic source use the close-loop feedback circuit design, that make the signal output more stable. The software system is designed by using Xingyan integrated software development.In this paper, the hardware system and software system of standard device about harmonic analysis go in normal operation through the debugging and the analysis of results. The analyzer about electrical parameters possesses features of high measuring precision and low cost; the harmonic source possesses features of stable output and strong load capacity. The output voltage, output current and other parameters of the harmonic source possesses the relatively error were less than0.05%, within30times, the output of the single harmonic possesses the relatively error were less than0.1%; The voltage measurement, current measurement and other parameters of the analyzer about electrical parameters possesses the relatively error were less than0.05%, within30times, the measurement of the single harmonic possesses the relatively error were less than0.1%; The partial functions of standard device about harmonic analysis can throw spot to use not only can be applied to the measure department for monitoring power harmonic, but also can be applied to the scientific research department to research on harmonic further.
