With the development of economy development and the progress of science andtechnology, on the basis of the requirements for washing equipment in a safe, efficientcondition, further automation, energy saving, water saving and environmental protectionrequirements are put forward, therefore, it promotes the upgrading speed of washingequipment. However, there is a big gap between the developed countries abroad anddomestic washing equipment technology and campus planning and construction.Therefore,this article used advanced cleaning equipment at home and abroad, from the modernwashing factory, to the key part of the washing equipment related technical analysis; At thesame time, on the basis of modeling, use plant simulation software, simulation analysis wascarried out on the washing process of logistics; And on the basis of the construction of alarge domestic laundry factory, study on the washing factory layout planning was carriedout.Modern washing equipment is mainly divided into continuous large washing machineand single washing equipment. Modern washing factory has great requirements of washcloth grass volume,high efficiency,energy saving washing, which leads to the domesticorigination of tunnel continuous washing machine and effective washing dryer. Accordingto the tunnel continuous washing machine, analysize the roller design methods, and contrastthe advantages and disadvantages of the two modes of the drum design,then ensure thedown transfering mode.Based on the3D modeling, using finite element analysis softwareHyperMesh to analyse stress and strain of the inner-roller under the condition of static loadin the drum, to ensure that can meet the statics intensity so that the machine processingproduction can be realized. Also, this design approach of linen percent of pass and washingeffect experiment verify the model for washing works well enough.In the washing process Single washing equipment has some vibration, this paper putsforward innovation by water injection balance way for equipment vibration damping,designed uniform distribution three water tanks inside cylinder mode. When the equipmentwas on the dehydration process, using the eccentric linen corresponding water tank waterinjection way to reduce the dehydration process of unbalance vibration. Using the dynamicssimulation software ADAMS to equipment simulate the change of centroid, the makecomparis of two cases with and without roller vibration effect, so as to verify injection wayto resolve the horizontal cylinder operation’s no balance theory. The feasibility provide the theoretical basis for further experiment. And in the light of the centrifugal force in theprocess of washing machine operation, establish the support frame finite element model, soas to analyze the strength of the support mechanism such as pin, the analysis results showthat the machine can meet the strength requirement.Washing equipment’s improvement and washing industry’s development require higherrequest for construction of washing factory. On the basis of manufacturing factory layouttheory and method,theoretical analysis and research on construction of washing factory aredone,then Plant simulation of factory Simulation software is used to set up the washingworkshop layout model, trying to find the optimal layout of logistics according toSimulation results,then optimization analysis by genetic algorithm is realized. As a result,the layout of washing section is optimized and the cost of layout is reduced.In the end, according to the construction instances of domestic laundry, analysis andwashing devices of laundry selection and the washing capacity is executed, and washingequipment and post-processing equipment is selected, analyse of laundry factoryconstruction is done after the process layout calculation of equipment and energy equipmentfacilities from several aspects, which provides the preliminary construction process, andbased on the logistics simulation results of the analysis, after commissioning of washingequipment, test runs in well condition.
