In recent years, scholars achieve large numbers of results in the design and development of innovation and technology of MEMS product used in fuze. However, in stark contrast to the development of large numbers of fuze MEMS products, the development of its product design technology is lagging behind. Currently, design process of new fuze MEMS products in use is similar with that of traditional mechanical products. Studies show how to introduce knowledge engineering into intelligent design of MEMS mechanism used in fuze, provide more convenient tool systems to MEMS mechanism design. The main work is as follows:(a) Design the basic functions of knowledge engineering based MEMS mechanism used in fuze intelligent design system in B/S architecture, determine the basic functions of the system function modules and subsystems needed to achieve.(b) Complete Virtual Design Expert System, the subsystem of MEMS mechanism intelligent design system in the field of fuze. Study the basic structure of the design expert system and determined construction program of the fuze MEMS mechanism virtual design expert.(c) Design system architecture based on the needs of the basic functions of fuze MEMS mechanism model base. Achieve searching and management functions of model base by using ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL technology. By using UG secondary development, the model base system achieves functions in parametric modeling and automatic assembly on server-side.(d) Achieve the simulation integrated subsystem of fuze MEMS mechanism intelligent design system. Complete the development of the basic simulation modules and achieve simulation process automation by using ANSYS secondary development tool APDL in core technology. Builds MEMS craft storehouse system.
