| In recent years,automobile enterprises have transformed and upgraded one after another,and the automobile industry has new development opportunities.In order to meet people’s pursuit of personalization and diversification,car enterprises continue to launch new models,and the bodywork is updated more and more frequently.Body modeling has high requirements for mold design because of its high structural requirements,complex design and strong professionalism..At present,computer-aided mold design simplifies the mold design process to a certain extent,but its high repeatability and low intelligent level seriously affect the efficiency and development cycle of mold design.Mold researchers have gradually realized the importance of improving the intelligent level and making full use of the accumulated design experience.How to use knowledge engineering technology and intelligent algorithm to improve the efficiency of mold design has become a new research hotspot.This paper takes the whole process of body mold design as the research object,considers the key points in the actual production and use of the mold,studies the key technology of Modular Intelligent Design Based on knowledge engineering,and deeply studies the intelligent design method of body mol d from two aspects of theory and method,A mold Modular Intelligent Design System Based on knowledge engineering is established,and proving the effectiveness of the system.The following is the main research content of the paper:(1)The principle of knowledge engineering is described in detail.Guided by knowledge engineering,the knowledge representation method is used to reconstruct and store the mold design specifications,national standards and expert experience,so as to provide guidance for the subsequent mold intelligent design.(2)Taking into consideration the complexity of structure and design difficulties,a module division method driven by the combination of structure and function is proposed.The inherent invariable characteristics are analyzed,and the original template framework is established.Based on this,a standard part library with controllable parameters and good expansibility is established.It can realize the rapid transfer and adaptive deformation of standard parts according to the specific die structure.(3)The automatic assembly process of die module is studied,the characteristics of assembly motion are analyzed,the assembly adjacency matrix and assembly connection diagram are defined,and the expression form of assembly constraints is simplified.Based on the analysis of object assembly motion features,an intelligent assembly algorithm based on assembly features is proposed to realize the adaptive assembly of mold modules.(4)Summarizing all the research results,a die modular intelligent design system for the whole process is established based on knowledge engineering.Finally,taking the die design of automobile rear combined lampshade as an example and proving the effectiveness. |
