The servo stabilized platform of TV gauge device of simple guidance rocket projectiles is a fairly complex mechatronic systems, the rapidity and stability of system response and accuracy of location has a crucial influence on the accuracy of the simple guidance rocket projectiles. In order to improve the control performance of the servo stabilized platform of TV gauge device of simple guidance rocket projectiles, this paper combines the requirements of the TV gauge device of simple guidance rocket projectiles work environment and characteristics, design of a single-loop servo stabilized platform based on permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the control strategy of this platform systems has been the focus of research.Firstly, this paper describes the study of the history and current status of domestic television-guided development, elaborated control algorithms and control strategies in common use today.Secondly, according to the problem of the operating characteristics of servo stabilized platform of TV gauge device to analyze the motion of the system and the base angular velocity isolate, a dynamic model and the transfer function matrix of platform was established.Thirdly, addressing on the problems of rapidity and stability of system response that resulting from the TV gauge device of simple guidance rocket projectiles in the Extreme conditions. A control algorithm of the sliding mode control (SMC) composite PID based on The exponential reaching law was presented.Firstly, the mathematical model of gauge device based on PMSM was established.Secondly, the sliding mode controller was designed.Then the composite control algorithm were simulated and analyzed in this paper, It turned out that system adopted the composite control algorithm overcomes the shortcomings of system that under The traditional PID control algorithm working mode the system speed and output torque fluctuation was big and the system was Sensitive to the load disturbance, and the system chattering was serious, and the composite control algorithm can significantly increase the dynamic quality of the system.Finally, set up the single-loop servo stabilized platform of TV gauge device of simple guidance rocket projectiles, designed control circuit and driver circuit, Written control procedures. In the sliding mode control (SMC) composite PID control algorithm under a number of experiments, collect and analyze experimental data. Through the different position of the target instruction comparing the experimental results can be seen, under the sliding Compound PID control algorithm the system have good performance,just as fast response speed, robustness and better tracking capability. Experiments show that the sliding mode control (SMC) composite PID algorithm can improve the dynamic performance of the system, improve system performance.
