To solve the issues of the load disturbance existed in the servo control system of multiple rocket launcher system (MRLS), the paper analyses the components of the servo control systems of MRLS in depth, and designs active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) rectified by RBF and model reference adaptive controller (MRAC) based on P sectors to suppress adverse effects on the control expectations caused by the load disturbance from consideration of the ADRC and the MRAC. Meanwhile, in order to achieve the control algorithms, the control panel hardware and software programs are also designed.In the process of the control algorithms design, the components of the servo control system of MRLS are analyzed and the theories of the ADRC and the MRAC were expounded at the first. The RBF neural network is applied to the ADRC to form ADRC based on RBF tuning, and the proportional parts is embedded into reference model to form the MRAC based on P sectors. Finally, the simulation models of this two control algorithms are built. By means of the simulation of this two control algorithms, the good effects of the suppression to the load disturbance of the servo control system are proved and the required performances also could be met.In the process of the control panel design, the core structures of the DSP+CPLD is employed to design the hardware. The computing and signal processing are mainly relied on the DSP, the functions of circuits protection decoding chip select are mainly relied on the CPLD. And the power supply circuit, DSP minimum system, D/A module,RDC module, AVR extended serial module and CPLD extended module are designed modularly as well. The two processes of main programs and interrupt programs are taken into account for the overall design of the software systems. This two processes are designed under the thought of the modularization designing. The main programs are decomposed into several parts including DSP initialization, AVR initialization and AD9833initialization and so on in order to be written out. And the interrupt programs are decomposed into the periodic interruption of timer, serial communication interruption, the interruption of the power protection and so on.Finally, based on the control panel and the rocket prototype designed, the experimental platforms are set up. Via the experiments, the nice practicality of the control algorithms and the correctness and effectiveness of the control panel hardware and software are verified.
