Self-synchronization of vibrating screen is a mechanical vibration based on synchronous theory that two axes can work without mechanical transmission. Many scholars explore on the synchronization performance parameters of self-synchronization of vibrating screen. meanwhile put up with the theoretical calculation methods of phasic different angle and point out that it is phasic difference angle, the most important indicator,the measure the synchronization performance of Self-synchronization of vibrating screen. Thus, aiming at the defective problems existed in traditional phase angle testing methods, we propose a new measurement skeme. According to the skeme, an experimental research is launched to discuss the factors and conditions that can affect the phase difference angle in vibration system.This sourse of the paper is based on National Natural Science Foundation The Explore In Multi Frequency Vibration of Shale Shaker.Fllowing contents are research objects:(1) According to Shakers’design specifications, design the experimental prototype of vibrating screen. Face with the problem that is hard to measure phasic difference angle, this article propose the program that use steel shaft to couple the vibrating motor output, and use second burst signal produced by photoelectric encoder to measure phase difference angle. Use LabVIEW programming software to develop shaker synchronization performance dynamic system, measure and design vibration motor speed control system in terms of modbus communication protocol.And this scheme has been proved to be effective.(2)Finish the predetermined experiments on the basic of test system, and analyze the change law of shakers synchronization performance and research the effects of the installation position of vibration exciter and rotating speed on the capacity of self-synchronization. The result show that:the installation position of vibration exciter is a key to phase difference angle. In a certain range, if vibration exciter deviate from or approach centroid, the system’s self-synchronization ability will decrease. With the rising of rotating speed,the performance of the system self-synchronization will be better. Comparing experimental data with emulational data, both of them proved that results are basically identical. After analyze systematic errors, propose the causes of the errors and explain them in detail. Eventually, propose the solutions.
