Vibrating screen was used for the material screening,transportation,dehydration of material,and which has been widely used in the fields of mines,metallurgy,food,energy,etc.As the first level of solid control equipment,vibrating screen sieves a large amount of solid phase,and which played an irreplaceable role in the operating of petroleum drilling engineering.Now It goes the developmental direction of large-sized vibrating body,high strength,higher work capacity,and ideal trajectory,etc.Simultaneously,the development of multi-sources and multilayer sieve is the hottest trend.Based on tri-rotor vibration system have flawed,a new vibration screens have been proposed.the spring connecting the co-rotation rotors makes the phase difference stabilized in the vicinity of 0 rad.For the vibration system of that type,the paper was focused on the research of theory research,numerical computation,computer simulations and experiment phenomena.The main works were as follows:(1)Based on the physical model with an elastically coupled tri-rotor vibration system,according to the Lagrange equation,the kinetic equation of the vibration system was established.The Poincare method was applied to solve the stable response in all directions,and the balanced equation and stability criterion of the system can be obtained.(2)Introducing the engineering parameters into the balance equation and stability criterion,the stable phase difference can be estimated by applying a numerical method.The paper focus on some parameters has influenced the phase difference and the stability of synchronization,especially the spring stiffness,the stiffness of the coupling unit and the installation location of the system.(3)In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation,the mechanical model of electromechanical coupled system was built in Matlab/Simulink.For the differential equations of the vibration system,the computer dynamic simulation was established,which revealed the synchronous behavior of the vibration system.(4)According to the physical model with an elastically coupled tri-rotor vibration system in this paper,and the experimental model was designed.Then,the assembly and the debugging process of vibration model were presented.An experiment to test the phase difference and the dynamic properties of self-synchronization by high-speed video cameras and the vibration measuring.At last,the result of the prototype was showed the correctness of the theory and computer simulations.Meanwhile,All these study will provide a strong support for developing design the balanced elliptical motion shale shaker of high-efficiency in engineering.
