| As the anti-terror work situation is becoming more and more serious, some new requirements have been presented for the hand-held weapon. If the hand-held weapon has the compatibility of fatal and non-fatal capabilities, the user would perform different tasks and don’t need change the gun. An innovative device with two kinds of velocity was presented which can compatible with the fatal ammo and the non-fatal ammo. The structures were designed and the multi-rigid-body dynamics simulation was introduced.Firstly, the overall plan and the working principle of the device which has two kinds of different velocity when it launches were proposed, the structure of the device’s parts were designed based on SolidWorks. The multi-body dynamics simulation model which has24multi-rigid-body and34DOF based on ADAMS was built. The automaton’s parameter schemes about the fatal shooting were ensured by contrasting the results of the simulation of various plan; the matching studying of the design parameters about the non-fatal was made to determine the matching relation between the quality of the automatonã€the return spring’s stiffness and preloading, the single shot to verify the model and the simulation analyze about the three shooting by scripting to account for the feasibility of it were done. Secondly, the influence of clearance between the bolt and the receiver’s guide on the automaton’s movement characteristics and the law of the automaton’s energy loss base on the clearance’s influence were done. Finally, the reliability of the automaton at the situation which the clearance exists was analyzed, such as making the automatons together, chambering and cartridge. The influences on the key motions and the reliability probability at different normal distribution of the key parameters were done. Some references about the device’s design and some of the important parameter of it can be provided by these works.A new structure of automata was raised, some references were provided for the clearance and the collision of some of the institutions. In addition to, a certain way for reliability analysis also was provided. |
