When unforeseen fault ocurred in the power system,the three lines can not ensure the safe and stable operation of girds.Manual emergency control is based on the analysis of real-time operating conditions of power systems and should provide auxiliary decision-making for dispatcher,which play a key role in the security and stability control.The background of the dissertation is Emergency Control Strategy of Failure State,which is a subject of SGCC major special projects Control Technical Research in Failure State. Manual emergecny control assistant decision support system is studied. The dissertation include the following content mainly:The key questions of the manual emergency control is presented by analyzing blackout accidents.A technical framework of manual emergency control is designed.The manual emergency control is appropriate for forced oscillation and security deteriorating.Locating and splitting the disturbance source is the most efficient manual way to deal with forced power oscillation. By combining the oscillation starting characteristic and potential energy characteritic,a criterion is proposed.The criterion can identify the disturbance source from suspected subareas. By combining the characteristic of disturbance source of forced power oscillation islanding control,two separation control schemes are designed.One is splitting the subarea which disturbance source is located in based on actual subarea division of the power systems.The other is determining the splitting surfaces according to the proposed adjustment rules which are applicable to disturbance source islanding control.Voltage sag and overload is occurred during security deteriorating. The manual emergency control for voltage is including:identifying weak buses by using multi-criterion integrated, Voltage emergency control partition, priority ranking control measures by control efficiency. On the issues of overloading manual emergency control,different limits are proposed to calculate the overloading safety margin.The device which can be put into operation and active power control measure is evaluated by composite ensitivity.The advantage of the scheme is cost-effective, time-efficient and operator-simplicity.
