In this paper, at the mesoscopic level, on the basis of numerical simulation method, we treat the mixed aggregate concrete as a three-phase composite that made of ordinary aggregate, lightweight aggregate and mortar. And we will use the software ANSYS to build a prismatic mixed aggregate concrete model that its size is150mm×150mm×300mm. Based on this model, we will study the destruction mechanism and mechanical properties of the mixed aggregate concrete under uniaxial compression. The main contents as follow:(1) First of all, according to Fuller grading curve, we will calculate the number of all kinds of aggregates. Then, we apply the APDL language of software ANSYS and use the Monte Carlo method to edit the program of mixed aggregate concrete numerical model. We will edit a aggregates interference judging program to prevent the mutual interference between the aggregates. At last, we should put all the mixed aggregates into the150mm*150mm*300mm range of prism structure.(2) According to the mechanical parameters of materials that used in the previous experiments, we will attribute the mechanics parameter to all kind of materials and the use the Boolean operation to separate the each phase material from each other. Then we will use the intelligent partitioning level control and unit size control to control the unit partition size, and use the tetrahedral element SOLID92to mesh all kind of materials of mixed aggregate concrete.(3)We will apply the displacement load on the surface of the concrete model to simulate the mixed aggregate concrete numerical model at different replacement rates of lightweight aggregate under uniaxial compression, and the load step for is0.01mm. According to the results of simulation, we will study the the whole failure process of mixed aggregate concrete under uniaxial compression, and it can provide the basis to the analysis and research of macroscopic strength of mixed aggregate concrete.(4) Under the condition of different light aggregate replacement ratio and different water cement ratio, we will analyze the results of numerical simulation of mixed aggregate concrete under uniaxial compression, and reveal the influence of different lightweight aggregate replacement rate and water cement ratio on compressive strength and elastic modulus of mixed aggregate concrete.
