Application Research Montage In Interior Design

This paper proceeds with montage technique, and through analysis of its definition and structure, explores the predecessors’use of montage technique in film and other artistic fields, therefore leading to system study of montage in interior design. Movies and most of interior designs are commercial art products, both for commercial purposes and commercial value, of both commercial properties, creative ideas, creative process and techniques all have similarities. Therefore, putting the montage technique into the interior design is a viable and interesting study.The main content of the thesis is composed of the following three parts:the first part: from the use of montage technique in the films and other arts, it leads to’the feasibility of using montage technique in interior design. The second part:from the narrative montage, expressive montage technique, rational montage technique and color montage, comparing movie clips with the existing indoor design example, it specifically studies of montage in the application of the interior space sequence and combination. The third part:through the case analysis, it analyzes and studies the application of a variety of montage in the interior space. And it also represents the advantages and limitations of montage, thus further discussing and prospecting montage technique in the interior space development.This paper analyses special relationship between the film montage and indoor design through the interspace. It mainly studies the film montage grafted on the interior space and applied.
