Marine actinomycetes Y12-26is the First Institute of Oceanography of the StateOceanic Administration screens the agricultural activity of a number of marinemicroorganisms, get a actinomycetes bacteria which may inhibitory the plantpathogenic fungi, after strain identification the bacteria belonging to the yellow threeStreptomycesof. In this paper, tracking the biological activity of the rice blast fungus,Fermentation products of Marine actinometyces Y12-26were separated andpurified, after organic solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography, thin layerchromatography and high performance liquid chromatography preparation.Preliminary optimization which is from the pH stability, thermal stability, and polarityaim is separated as much as possible of the active ingredient from the fermentationproduct. The active ingredient is a strongly polar substances, the content is very low,and the antibacterial activity of the original fermentation broth is very small, souseing a multi-stage purification method remove impurities. Experimental research isfocused on finding a suitable developing solvent. Since the experimental extracteda new substances, so there is no literature information which can be to inspection.Changing the composition of the eluent to achieve the best results.Experiments, inorder to achieve efficient separation of the active ingredient and other impurities, wetried a lot of solvent composition.Ultimately determine methanol: dichloromethane=3:20mixed solution as the eluent of this experiment.
