This research collected382soil samples and123crop samples to investigate the distribution of Han Yin country’s selenium resource to understand the distribution of local Selenium-rich soil and to explore the relationship between the soil selenium content and crops selenium. Through field experiment, research the se-enriched rice production technology by pulsing selenium element. The main research results are as follows:1. Han Yin country’s selenium resource reserves is large,distribution with high-selenium soil(>1.5mg/kg), selenium-rich soil(0.5-1.5mg/kg),contain-selenium soil (0.1-0.5mg/kg) and deficiency-selenium soil (<0.1mg/kg).The contain-selenium soil account for61%of the total area, which is the most widely distributed in all soil types.The high-selenium soil and the selenium-rich soil respectively account for5%and31%.It has the advantage to develop the rich-selenium product industry.2. High selenium soil and selenium-rich soil presents the overall dispersion, locally concentrated form distribution.Especially high selenium soil was not continuous patchy distribution. Soil selenium content of Hanyin presents that bashan region is higher than the same output areas and the Qinling Mountains.3. Different types of soil has different selenium content, one of the biggest selenium content was stone waste residue whose average selenium content is up to1.6408mg/kg.Browns soil,accounting for51.3%of the collected soil samples,is the most widely distributed soil.And its average selenium content is0.3204mg/kg.The majority of stone waste residue can reach high selenium soil standard.Sand, Huang Niba soil, chao soil reached the standard of selenium-rich soil.And Browns soil reached the standard of soil selenium.4. The selenium content of Han Yin country varied with different crops.The average selenium content of the main crops are tea> rice>> sweet potato> rape com.Differences in the levels of different crops selenium content is not only related to soil selenium content, and also related to the absorption and utilization ability of different crops. 5. By investigating the selenium content of local soil selenium-rich rice in the contain-selenium soil,we found that the selenium content of rice,which grown in the same soil, increased with increasing soil selenium content. Selenium content of rice disparity between different plots and do not have the quality and stability of commodity rice. And most of the plots selenium content of rice cant not meet the national standards for selenium-enriched rice.The elenium enriched rice grown in contain-selenium soi must manually selenium processing, through selenium foliar spraying and other ways to enhance the selenium content of rice.6. Results of field trials test species shows:Foliar spray selenium treatment has a significant impact on rice leaf dry weight, stem weight, grain number and grain weight.Spraying200mg/kg sodium selenite can significantly increase rice production. And Yellow mud soil and cinnamon soil rice yield is higher than the alluvial soil.7. Plus selenium hormone production of enriched rice test results show:Artificial foliar spraying selenium can significantly improve the selenium content of rice.Selenium content reach or even exceed the required standard of the national selenium-rich rice.8. For different types of soil planting rice,the increase by the treatment of plus selenium are different. And,Chao soil> Huang Niba soil> yellow brown soil...
