This paper is usingdifferent methods to identify six herbs, using HPLC to deternminate three activeingredients, and using UPLC-MS to deternminate the toxic ingredients in the agents.Using microscopic identification method to identify Caryophylliflos andAconitum in agents; using TLC methods to identify Moschus, Acorus calamus andAcorus calamus in agents; and using chemical tests identify Magnetitum in agents.Establish the HPLC-UV methods for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid,dehydrodiisoeugenol and costunolide. The linear relationship was good in therange of2.825μg～141.3μg for glycyrrhizic acid (Y=37736X+18053, r=0.9997),and the average recovery was99.47%(RSD%=1.48); The linear relationshipwas good in the range of0.04183μg～209.1μg for dehydrodiisoeugenol(Y=37736X+18053, r=0.9996), and the average recovery was101.27%(RSD%=1.48); The linear relationship was good in the range of0.3020μg～75.52μg for costunolide (Y=21405X-8220.4, r=0.9998), and the average recoverywas98.21%(RSD%=1.83).An UPLC-MS method to determination aconitine, hypaoconitine andmesaconitine in agents was established. The linear relationship was good in therange of13.15ng～2630ng for aconitine (Y=3.5489X+174.13, r=0.9994), and theaverage recovery was97.34%(RSD%=1.78); The linear relationship was goodin the range of32.6ng～3206ng for hypaoconitine (Y=0.8495X+19.629, r=0.9999), andthe average recovery was96.10%(RSD%=1.93); The linear relationship wasgood in the range of10.23ng～2046ng for mesaconitine (Y=0.3239X+17.871, r =0.9993), and the average recovery was95.84%(RSD%=1.75).These methods can use for the quality control of SareShisanweiPengniaoPills...
