Investigation Of Delphi Knee Osteoarthritis Expert Advice On TCM Syndrome

Objective: This article was studied on the basis of the extensive Medical informa-tion, researched and analyzed osteoarthritis of the knee TCM syndrome type and evid-ence-diagnostic criteria by Delphi Act’ formed after the relevant mathematical statisticsbased on the literature and expert consultation of osteoarthritis of the knee syndrometyping preliminary views, to provide a reference for further comprehensive TCM diag-nosis of knee osteoarthritis disease.Methods:①Used "knee","osteoarthritis","pattern identification syndrome","syn-drome","Traditional Chinese medicine therapy","syndrome type" as keywords, searchedretrieval, accessed to the public offering of nearly a decade of TCM journals materi-al,analyzed data of knee osteoarthritis TCM syndromes, established Word, Excel datab-ases to collate statistical analysis of frequency number and X2inspection method, anddawed the basic information source.②Compared the results of literature research, analysis, screening, according to theDelphi expert survey methodology, drafted knee osteoarthritis TCM syndrome type programexperts consultation questionnaire to the province Chinese medicine or Western medicineclinical bone scientific experts, Chinese medicine research experts and conducted aquestionnaire survey by three runs of experts, supplement, modify and improve, expertopinions and views are basically the same, arrived typing based on the study of kneeosteoarthritis TCM climate.Results:①Through the study of156articles included modern journals, analyzes thestatistic of88TCM syndromes of osteoarthritis of the knee. Consulted a survey of13experts by three round ofconsultation, feedback, statistical analysis, results syndromes "liver and kidney deficien-cy","the cold dampness Blockage","blood stasis stagnation ","dampness-heat Blocka-ge" for osteoarthritis of the knee is common TCM type.Conclusion: Used Delphi method, candidate genotype study for osteoarthritis of the kneeTCM syndromes, formed the comprehensive evaluation of multi-angle for a further round ofknee osteoarthritis disease TCM clinics provide a reference.
