Dental composite resin because of its own advantages, and become the clinical applicationof dental restorative materials most, because of its advantages of convenient operation, beautifulcolor and good to meet people on the teeth beautiful requirement, in recent years, this kind ofresin, can produce and enamel and dentin is firmly combined, repair is filled widely used indental caries. But because of this material still polymerization shrinkage, disadvantage is thelow mechanical strength, can not meet the clinical requirements. People in order to improve itsperformance, and experiments are carried out and a series of studies. This paper studied the bisphenol A glycidyl methacrylate (Bis-GMA) and two methyl threeacrylic acid glycol ester (TEGDMA) mixture ratio, the flexural strength and the modification ofsolid glass bead content of dental resin composites, hardness and effect of polymerizationvolume shrinkage rate. Taking Bis-GMA and TEGDMA as the two monomer resin matrix, solid glass add KH-550silane coupling agent modification beads (SGM) as inorganic filler, andthen to the two monomer ratio were oral composite resins of7/3,6/4,5/5are respectively addedin10%,30%,50%,70%90%, solid glass beads, mechanical stirring, rapid filling mold curing, setting does not add resin solid glass beads as a control reference, preparation of a novelmodified dental composite resin. And compared to the mixing ratio of Bis-GMA andTEGDMA, adding amount of solid glass beads, hardness of dental composite resinpolymerization shrinkage, flexural strength, impact, and the distribution of SGM in themicrostructure under the microscope. On the mechanical properties of dental composite resin test results showed: differentadding amount of solid glass beads to join, to a certain extent, the mechanical strength of dentalcomposite resin has some changes, including increasing the modified solid glass bead content, the flexural strength of dental resin increased firstly and then decreased, when TEGDMA andBis-GMA ratio of5/5, adding amount of glass beads is70%, the maximum bending strength ofdental composite resin, was (88.29±0.66) Mpa. The microhardness increased.
