Purpose:Professor Tian-zhen guo,a national famous traditional Chinesemedicine(T.C.M.)physician and anorectal experts, who is good at using TherapiesT.C.M. to treat postoperative concurrent anorectal pain, whose opinion is uniquein the treatment of the disease.Summary professor Tian’s clinical experienceand finding the rule, through the Chinese medicine theory analysis to arguefor further study on treatment of this disease.Method:For three years retrospective analysis treatment method, formula sentmedicine and typical cases of professor Tian,who making a point from “stagnationof qi and blood stasis”,taking “regulating qi and blood”as the main therapeuticprinciple,and using “activating blood and resolving stasis” and“promotingQi and soothing the liver”etc treatments based on syndrome differentiation toadd and subtract medicine.Results:Through long-term clinical research, professor Tian attaches greatimportance to the status and the role of the stagnation of Qi and blood stasisin the disease. He making a point from “stagnation of vital energy and bloodstasis” and taking “regulating qi and blood” as the main therapeuticprinciple,and using “activating blood and resolving stasis” and“promotingQi and soothing the liver”etc treatments based on syndrome differentiation toadd and subtract medicine.He is good at using Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and TaohongSiwu soup add and subtract to treat the diease,The specific treatment includestaking medicine and fumigation TCM. What’s more, attention should be paid tothe psychological counseling,adjusting the Qi and Blood on the anus and Qiactivity of the whole body,which is the key method to cure the disease.Conclusion:making a point from “stagnation of qi and blood stasis”,andusing “activating blood and resolving stasis” and“promoting Qi and soothingthe liver”as basic treatments to treat postoperative concurrent anorectal pain has the exact clinical curative effect.
