Experimental Studies Have Demonstrated Fatty Liver Injury Chinese Medicine, "Qi And Phlegm.

Objective:By the experimental research and the therapy of benefiting-qi，dissolving-phlegm and removing-toxin for “Qi-deficiency and phlegm-toxininvolved” syndrome,we proposed that“Qi-deficiency and phlegm-toxin”is thekey pathogenesis of fatty liver,which provides theoretical for treatmentmethodin of tbenefiting-qi, dissolving-phlegm and removing-toxin in reatmentof fatty liver disease.Methods:High fatty diet and white wine perfusate were used to make the fatty livermodel of “Qi-deficiency and phlegm-toxin involved” for10weeks.With Chineseherbal of tonifying qi such as astragalus、rhizoma alismatis、maytree etc,reducesphlegm detoxicate to cure it and to contrast it with normal and Dongbao Gantaiin anti-fatty liver and observations on:①GAS、MTL;②TC、TG;③FFA、LPS、ALT、AST、TNFa、NF-κB、TGF-β1.Put biochemical criterions into corresponding syndromeof TCM,by contrast,probe into Chinese etiology and pathogenesis of Experimentalpedagogy of fatty liver and fatty liver hepatitis.Results:High fatty diet and white wine perfusate were used to make the fatty liver modelof Qi-deficiency and phlegm-toxin involved for10weeks,whose major pathologicalmanifestations are chronic fatty liver disease and adipose sex hepatitis.Compared with normal group,the level of GAS、MTL of Model group have decreasedFFA, LPS, ALT, AST of and TC, TG, TNFαContent of serumand of liver increasessignificantly,which is clearly superior to Dongbaogantai.(P＜0.05)Conclusion:1. Pathogenesis of Fatty liver diseases:Phlegm wet， produced by:drinkers who self-disciplineless for a long time or obesity,diabetes.Sickness alwayslead to digestive function decline and subtle loss of water in the transferingprocess.Then qi of liver does not work,qi and blood static relatively changessputum,wet,alcohol,Blood stasis into noxious,noxious damage Livercollaterals.Disease in the liver, spleen and Pixu (spleen deficient) is thebasis,with Sputum poison as main pathological factor.2.“Qi-deficiency and phlegm-toxin” is the main pathogenesis of fattlhepatitis,Put forward to the treatment method of fatty hepatitis istbenefiting-qi, dissolving-phlegm and removing-toxin.3. The method “tbenefiting-qi, dissolving-phlegm and removing-toxin.andLiver and spleen kidney treatment at the same time”,is just to fatty liverdisease pathogenesis;Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the level of serumGAS, MTL, Lower serum FFA, LPS, ALT and AST, and the TC, TG, TNFa content ofLiver,which effects curatively.
