Electric acupuncture groupand western medicine group compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. Electric acupuncture group, western medicine group aftertreatment5-HT level improved, the above two groups was statisticallysignificant compared with model group (P <0.05). Electric acupuncture groupand western medicine group compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05).4.Five of the studies have shown that rats hippocampus serotonin transporterexpression level increased significantly in the model group, model groupcompared with blank group rats hippocampus5-htt expression level increasedsignificantly with statistical significance. Compared with electric acupuncturegroup, western medicine group and model group were improved liver depression type of gastric ulcers inflammation in the rat hippocampus tissue5-HTtransporter expression level of high status.Conclusion：1.Electric acupuncture can effectively regulate gastric mucosa tissues andliver depression type gastric ulcer rats hypothalamus tissues SS and SP level, at the same time improve the rat liver depression state.2.Electricity in rat hippocampal tissue content of5-HT has a negative regulatory role, to adjust to change type gastric ulcer have certain effect.3.Electricity in rat hippocampal5-HT transporter expression has a negative regulatory role, may be associated with liver depression state of gastric ulcer.
