P ut chickens to death bybloodletting three weeks later, Observe the case of fracture union by radiology、pathematology、biomechanics.Results：1、 Radiology result: A few calluses could be observed at the end of fracturein20cases in group blank, and massive callus formation could be observedin20cases in Shangkejiegupian group.And callus in Cangzhuwan group is began to calcifying and molding2、Pathematology result: There are only cartilaginous tissue between thefracture in the blank group. There are half chondrocyte and half cartilaginoustissue between the fracture in Shangkejiegupian group. instead of chondrocyte,There are all callus between the fracture in Cangzhuwan group.And the callusbecamed calcifying and molding.3. biomechanics result:The biomechanical numerical value of three samples asfollow: Cangzhuwan group is the largest,second is Shangkejiegupian group,and the third is blank group.Conclusion：1. Cangzhuwan can promoting fracture healing more than Shangkejiegupian do.2. Dispel Bi can promoting fracture healing.
