Purpose:To study electric, warm acupuncture of rabbit knee osteoarthritis ofknee joint mobility and the improvement of pain and explore its therapeuticmechanism of biology.Material and method:This experiment adopts the knee fixed braking building legalwriter rabbit model of knee joint injury, through passive activity measurement of rabbit kneejoint, knee joint capsule in suction fluid content of beta, TNF, IL-1-alpha and serotonin inknee joint capsule group and the determination of content of prostaglandin E2electricity,temperature, the curative effect of acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis. In building sixweeks after through the formulation of standards, verification after the success of the building,on the selected subjects using electricity and warm acupuncture treatment for a period of4weeks after treatment, the first measurement of different categories of rabbit knee jointspassive range, and then extract the different groups of rabbit knee joint lavage by applying themethod of enzyme-linked immunosorbent determination content of beta, TNF-α, IL-1β-alpha, executed after extraction of the knee joint capsule on rabbit tissue after grinding thesupernatant using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detect serotonin andprostaglandin E2in the tissue of related. And using relevant statistical methods contrastexperiment data clear curative effects of different groups.Results:1. The treatment group (group C) and electric acupuncture group (group D) and warmacupuncture group (group E) for the comparison group, before and after the treatment itselfdata comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), electricity, warmacupuncture and cupping, and warm acupuncture and moxibustion for knee osteoarthritistreatment led to the decrease of the joint activity has obvious relief.2. The treatment group (group C), electric acupuncture group (group D) and warmacupuncture group (group E) their own data comparison before and after the experiment, theexperimental data with statistical significance (P <0.05), showed that electricity and warm acupuncture and cupping, acupuncture alone for cytokines lead to knee joint osteoarthritis hassignificant intervention effect.3. The treatment group (group C), the curative group (group D) and warm acupuncturegroup (group E) data (serotonin) and prostaglandin E2content comparison, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), electricity, warm acupuncture and cupping for serotoninand the inhibition of prostaglandin E2is better than that of warm acupuncture andmoxibustion.4. The treatment group (group C) and electric acupuncture group (group D) and warmacupuncture group (group E) three groups compared with building group (group B), the jointactivity, beta, TNF, IL-1-alpha, serotonin, and effects of prostaglandin E2levelsstatistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Pure, pure acupuncture and electricity, wen acupuncture and moxibustion for kneeosteoarthritis treatment led to the decrease of the joint activity has obvious relief, butelectricity, temperature acupuncture curative effect is superior to the pure acupuncture andpure electric acupuncture group.2. Pure, pure acupuncture and electricity, wen acupuncture can effectively reduce the kneeosseous arthritis inflammatory cytokine levels, reduce inflammation reactions.3. Pure, pure acupuncture and electricity, temperature caused by acupuncture andmoxibustion for knee osteoarthritis treatment has obvious pain relief effect, but electricity, warm acupuncture and acupuncture curative effect superior to simple temperature alone.4. Pure acupuncture and electricity, wen acupuncture has definite therapeutic effect onknee joint osteoarthritis.
