Objective:Observation the effects of motilin, gastrin, cholecystokinin and gastric emptying rate for Coptis combine with Evodia rutaecarpa used on experimental functional dyspepsia(cold-heat mixed) rats. Seek for the possible mechanism of action.Methods:80wistar rats of eight weeks(half male and half female). To clip tail cause fighting method to copy the model of functional dyspepsia, and comply with irregular feeding and alternating hot and cold water to feed.14days after10rats were randomly selected as model validation group, gastric emptying experiment, and femoral artery take5ml of blood, separation of serum and plasma, preserved specimens. The rest of the rats were randomly divided into seven groups and blank control group, pathologic model group, CE high, medium and low three groups, LWAX capsule group, cisapride group,10rats in each group. From the end of made model began to administration, in addition to the control group and the pathologic model group were given saline, the other5groups were given corresponding drug decoction or suspension. Administration for7days.12hour before administration started fasting(normal drinking water),60min after the last administration to nutritional semisolid paste0.5ml per gavage,30min later collect femoral artery blood5ml, then killed by cervical dislocation. Calculation of the rate of gastric emptying,separation of serum and plasma,according to the kit instructions use the ELISA method to determinate the content of MTL, GAS and CCK.Results:1)Making model is success;2) the model group rats gastric emptying rate significantly decreased, compared with the blank control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), model group rats MTL and GAS secrete element level lower than blank control group, but the CCK leve compared with the blank control group there is no significant differences(P>0.05);3)After treatment with CE, in addition to CCK, the other indicators level have increased, compared with the model group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); CCK level compared with the model group only CE middle dose group levels of CCK were increased(P<0.05), the other groups were lower than model group level.Conclusion:1)This experimental model can lead rats with functional dyspepsia (cold-heat mixed) symptoms:2)CE compatibility can improve the MTL and GAS and the ability of gastric emptying of functional dyspepsia(cold-heat mixed) rats, But only the CE with low concentration it can reduce the CCK level in rats;3) Increase MTL,GAS level and reduce CCK level,promoting gastric emptying, may be the mechanism action of CE compatibility for treat functional dyspepsia(cold-heat mixed).
