Grain - Moxibustion And Electro - Acupuncture Analgesia Can Be Combined With Clinical Observation Of Postherpetic Neuralgia Surrounding Needling Treatment

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone combined with electro-acupuncture of Jiaji acupoints and surround needle in the treatment of Post herpetic neuralgia.Methods According to the random number table method,66patients with PHN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33cases each.The treatment group received moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone combined with electro-acupuncture of Jiaji acupoints and surround needle training and the control group received acupuncture training without moxibustion,1times a day,5times for1course of treatment, a total of4courses.Evaluating the clinical efficacy by VAS、 HAMA and the percentage of pain relief.Recorded the results of observation and adverse events,follow up the cure patients in the1months and2months after the end of treatment,to observe the recurrence.Results (1)2cases dropped of the66patients,the actual completion of64cases,32cases of each group.(2)The cure and significant efficiency rate of the treatment group is90.63%(29/32),the control group is65.63%(21/32); The total efficiency of the treatment group is96.88%(31/32),the control group is93.75%(30/32).(3)Comparison of two groups of pain scores after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4)Comparison of two groups of HAMA after10treatments,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); but there is no significant difference after the15and20treatments (P>0.05).(5)Follow up the cure patients in the1months and2months after the end of treatment,found no recurrence case.(6)During the treatment,the treatment group had1patients with syncope, to a lesser extent, the rest of the patients without any adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone combined with electro-acupuncture of Jiaji acupoints and surround needle in the treatment of PHN is better than the control group, and it is safety and reliability, convenient application.
