Objective: Taking the hospital late famous martial Medicalexpert Professor Huaixian Zheng medication experience as a guide, self-healingscattered as a treatment material, observed healing powder in treating skin wounds inrats; explore the influence of the Chinese proprietary skin wound histology and thegrowth of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the serum, and provide atheoretical basis for the drug for clinical use in the future treatment of skin wounds.Methods:36male three-month-old SD rats weighing225±25g,7days after thelaboratory using adaptive feeding combat modeling. All rats were back skin excisionmodel. Modeling after36rats were weighed and recorded to check the random numbertable is divided into three groups (n=36), group A: experimental group (Yu He San),group B: the drugs control group (Sheng Ji Xiang Pi Plaster), C groups: blank controlgroup, and numbered with a marker. The experimental group and the drug control groupwas given drugs topical dressing, while The wound given corresponding drugs anddressing was changed every day. Different groups to give the same amount of food andwater. We observe quality and rate of wound healing at each time point. And also weshould observe the pathological changes of rat skin wounds at7:00am of the third day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day. Then we will exam the concentrations ofvascular endothelial growth factor and C-reactive protein in blood serum. After drawingslices,we will observe the Pathological changes under the light microscope. Dataprocessing and analysis.Results:(1)Weight: rats in each group during the experiment, the weight gain ofthe blank control group is the slowest, experimental group and the drugs control groupweight increase are more pronounced with the blank control group, a significantdifference (P <0.05), but the experimental group and the drugs control group do nothave a significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The rate of wound healing: modeling after7days,the experimental group and the drugs control group compared with the blankcontrol group, a significant difference (P <0.05).After14days, experimental group andthe blank group and the drugs control group, there are significant differences (P <0.05),but at two time points, experimental group with drugs control group do not have asignificant difference (P>0.05).(3)VEGF indicators:3days after modeling, there is ahighly significant difference between group C and group A, group B(P>0.01), groupA and group B has no different(P>0.05).7days after modeling, group A and group Bcompared with group C, there is a great significant difference(P<0.01).14days aftermodeling,VEGF indicators of group A and group B is higher than group C, there is asignificant difference (P <0.05). But group A and group B show no significant difference (P>0.05).(4)CRP indicators: during the experiment, the reduction of group Aand group B in CRP increases significantly, while the blank group reduction in CRP isslow.Conclusion:Yu He San plays an important role in the meridians, myogenic effectsores, hygroscopic clear to improve the quality of healing of skin wounds in rats, andthe rate of wound healing. Yu He San has the same effect with Sheng Ji Xiang Pi Plasterin curing skin wounds, we can make further research and provide a guidance for futureclinical application.
