Eye And Body Acupuncture Therapy Clinical Observation Cold Type Face Paralysis Acute Stage

Objective: To observes the eye-body acupuncture treatment to the wind-coldtype facial paralysis in acute stage clinical curative effect,compare the effectof body acupuncture treatment and eye-body acupuncture treatment, prove theeye-body acupuncture treatment is effective.Methods:40cases of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into treatmentgroup and control group to conduct clinical observation. The control group usesthe pure body acupuncture treatment,The treatment group uses the eye-bodyacupuncture treatment,1times a day,6times for a course of treatment,4courses of treatment.Two groups of patients use vitamin B1, B12in the alltreatment.After the end of treatment,assess symptoms before and after treatment,statistic clinical data, using the SPSS software to compare and analyze thestatistical significance.Result:1.In the treatment group, cure and markedly effective rate is85%, effectiverate is95%; in the control group, cure and markedly effective rate is60%,effective rate is85%.After the Rank sum test, the effective rate of two groupshave significant difference (P=0.047<O.05), with statistical significance,shows the effective rate in treatment group is higher than the control group’s, clinical effect is obviously better than the control group.2.The H-B classification comparison of two groups after treatment and the comparison of before and after treatment in the same group were significantdifference,with statistical significance, shows the two groups can effectivelyimprove the H-B classification of the wind-cold type facial paralysis in acutestage，but the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Eye-body acupuncture treatment of wind-cold type facialparalysis in acute stage is better than simple body acupuncture therapy,is worthyof clinical application.
