Clinical Observation Of Wentong Acupuncture For Treatment Of Bell'palsy(Wind Cold Type) At The Acute Stage

Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effect of wentong acupuncture and pingbupingxie acupuncture controlled trial in treating acute stage of Bell's Palsy of wind-cold type.This study provides a safe,effective,simple and easy-to-use optimal therapeutic scheme for Zheng's wentong acupuncture therapy,and provides a basis for its clinical application.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,72 patients with Bell's palsy were diagnosed as acute stage of wind-cold type in acupuncture and massage department of Zhongning County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the principle of1:1,72 patients were divided into two groups: wentong Acupuncture Group and Pingbupingxie acupuncture Group.Both groups were used(main acupoints: dicang?jiache?Yi Feng?Quanliao?Qianzheng?Yangbai?Sibai?Hegu?Taiyang;matching acupoints:Fengchi?Fengfu?Zusanli?Yanglingquan?Cuanzhu?Yingxiang?Shuigou?Chengjiang?Taichong),on the basis of needling to get Qi,the treatment group was operated with wentong acupuncture and pingbupingxie acupuncture.to be the control group was operated with parallel reinforcing and reducing method.Keep the needle for 30 minutes,once a day,7 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses,one day rest between the course of treatment,before,during and after treatment,the H-B score,Burres-Fisch score and TNF-a,IL-6 of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:1.Baseline comparison: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in sex,age and time of diagnosis and treatment(both P>0.05).2.House-Brackmann score of facial nerve function: The difference between the two groups of patients in the middle and early treatment period was statistically significant(both P<0.05);the difference between the two groups of patients in the late and early treatment period was statistically significant(both P <0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the late and mid-term treatments(both P <0.05);After the treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Burres-Fisch facial nerve score: The difference between the two groups of patients inthe middle and early treatment period was statistically significant(both P <0.05);the difference between the two groups of patients in the late and early treatment period was statistically significant(both P <0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the late and mid-term treatments(both P <0.05);After the treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the measured values of TNF-? and IL-6: The difference between the two groups of patients in the late stage of treatment and the early stage of treatment is statistically significant(both P <0.05);After the treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: The treatment group: the total effective rate was 94.1%;the control group: the total effective rate was 85.7%;the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Wentong acupuncture method can significantly increase the H-B facial nerve function score and B-F facial nerve score in the acute stage of wind-cold Bell facial paralysis compared with Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture method;2.Wentong acupuncture method can significantly reduce TNF-? and IL-6 in the acute phase of wind-cold Bell facial paralysis compared with Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture method;3.The clinical curative effect of wentong acupuncture on acute stage of Bell's Palsy of wind-cold type is obviously better than that of pingbupingxie acupuncture.
