Kidney Comprehensive Therapy Mainly Lumbar Disc Herniation Recurrence

Purpose：Investigate the causes of recurrent lumbar disc herniation surgery,summed kidney and law-based integrated clinical efficacy of treatment of lumbar discherniation (liver and kidney deficiency syndrome) recurrence after surgery.Material and method：Select the September2011-2012in November LiaoningUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital of bone twosurgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation after surgery the recurrence48patientswere randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment groupwith liver or kidneybased DUHUOJISHENG addition and subtraction orally with theTDP lamp irradiation and traditional Chinese medicine Kaoru drug treatment,ultrasound drug penetration treatment control group with the TDP lamp irradiation andtraditional Chinese medicine Kaoru drug treatment, ultrasound treatment of drugpenetration. During treatment in both groups require bed rest, pain relief andfunctional exercises, two weeks for a course, the two groups of patients the clinicalresults after the end of the two courses。Results：Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scoring criteria were scoredbefore and after treatment: the treatment group was excellent in14cases, good in7cases,2cases,84%of the poor in2cases, good rate; control group excellent in8cases, good in8cases,3cases and poor in4cases, good rate of69.56%.
