Purpose:By analyzing the relationship between lumbar disc herniation in 180 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and differentiation of TCM syndrome differentiation, this paper explores the MRI imaging basis of TCM syndrome differentiation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Material and method:The study was a reviewing trial,An electronic medical record was collected in the second affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine. All the cases were clinically diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation.Par allel MRI lumbar scan. The imaging report was diagnosed as a lumbar disc herniation.Case data integrity,Statistical analysis of MRI lumbar disc herniation in all patients and the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation.Use statistical methods to process relevant data.Furthermore, the correlation between MRI imaging of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and TCM syndrome differentiation was analyzed. Results:General data show that in 180 cases of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc,107 men and 73 women, and the difference in the sex distribution of the lumbar disc herniation is different(P<0.05),slightly more men than women;there is no statistical significance in the syndrome differentiation of Chinese Medicine; In 180 cases of lumbar disc herniation, young people(18-40 years old)make up about 17.2,the middle-aged(41-65)account for about 54.4,old people(>65)account for 28.3,there were differences in age distribution among patients with lumbar disc herniation(P<0.05).the incidence of middle age is high.there was statistical significance in the age of TCM syndrome differentiation(P<0.05).Young people with blood stasis,middle-aged people with blood stasis and liver and kidney deficiency, elderly patients with multiple liver and kidney deficiency; In 180 cases of lumbar disc herniation, the distribution of TCM syndromes was 51 cases of blood stasis, accounting for 28.3%,35 cases of cold and wet type, accounting for 19.4%,21 cases of moist heat, accounting for 11.7%,and liver and kidney deficiency in 73 cases, accounting for about 40.6.Statistical analysis, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There are differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with lumbar intervertebral protrusion, and there are more patients with liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis. In 180 cases of lumbar disc herniation,In the nucleus pulposus.there were 46 cases of blood stasis,33 cases of cold and wet type,20 cases of moist heat, and 72 cases of liver and kidney deficiency,Statistical analysis, there are differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(P<0.05).there are many types of liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis in four TCM syndromes.Divide by disc herniation,Central type 28 cases, side next to highlight the 23 cases, lientang type 88 cases of vertebral body outstanding 32 cases, after statistics analysis, the lumbar disc prolapse syndrome classification on the whole, and there are differences between the part of the lumbar disc(P<0.05),Among them, the central type is more common in liver and kidney deficiency, and the lateral side is more commonly seen in the cold and wet type and liver and kidney deficiency, and the lateral-type protrusion is more common in blood stasis, and the protrusion in the vertebral body is more common in liver and kidney deficiency. In the prominent degree,64 cases were slightly highlighted,72 cases were moderately highlighted, and 44 cases were severe, and there was a difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by statistical analysis(P<0.05),slight protrusion is more common in liver and kidney deficient type, moderate protrusion is in cold wet type and liver and kidney deficient type, severe protrusion is more in blood stasis type.In the free distribution of the nucleus pulposus, there were 5 cases of blood stasis,2 cases of cold and wet type,1 case of moist heat,1 case of liver and kidney deficiency, and no difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by statistical analysis(P<0.05),four TCM syndromes with lumbar disc dissociation were less.In the distribution of the nerve root, there were 25 cases of blood stasis,6 cases of cold and wet type,10 cases of moist heat,35 cases of liver and kidney deficiency, and statistical analysis, and there were differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes of compression nerve root in lumbar disc herniation(P<0.05),the nerve roots in the liver and kidney deficiency are more common. In the compression of the dural sac distribution, there were 16 cases of blood stasis,6 cases of cold and wet type,9 cases of moist heat,38 cases of liver and kidney deficiency, and statistical analysis showed that there was a difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes of lumbar disc herniation(P<0.05),among them, the epidural sac is more common in liver and kidney deficiency. Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the change of MRI imaging in lumbar disc herniation and the TCM syndromes of lumbar disc herniation.TCM syndrome differentiation of lumbar disc herniation is related to MRI: pathology,Prominent position, prominence. The indirect signs of MRI were also related: root compression, the dural sac is compressed. The results of MRI examination can help the differentiation and accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation to a certain extent.
