Along with the development of socialist market economy, the reforms of hospital management and operation system are continuously deepening; the rapid development of private hospitals has become the focus of medical service industry gradually. However, faced with the severe tests of medical market, private hospitals in the business process also exposed a lot of practical problems, which constraints the development and growth of the hospitals. So, to get advantage positions in the fierce market competition, private hospitals need to accurately understand the new market environment and to formulate the modern business management idea and mode according with the economic development. In this thesis, Jinzhuo Love hospital as a study case was analysed deeply and comprehensively based on the field investigation. The modern marketing theory and methods were used to know the hospital management environment changes and anatomize the practical problems facing the hospital. And on this bases, making marketing strategy and suggestions for marketing strategy of Jinzhuo Love hospital were proposed.First of all, the aspects of the background, purpose and significance of the study were detailed to introduce the importance of medical service marketing, and the research methods of this thesis was put forward.Secondly, the marketing related theory and concepts used in this thesis were expounded in detail respectively. And the difference between the civilian hospital and public hospitals, characteristics of the service marketing of medical, the characteristics of health services and STP theory were summarized briefly.Third, according to the overall development status of private hospitals in our country and general situation of Jinzhuo Love hospital, the environmental analysis method was used to analyze the macro environment and micro environment faced by Jinzhuo Love hospital and find the problems of the hospital in the marketing process. And the SWOT analysis method was used to carry on a thorough careful research to the Jinzhuo Love hospital’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Fourth, the STP strategy was used to subdivide medical market of Jinzhuo Love hospital and to find the target market based on the marketing practice of hospital and market positioning.Fifth, in this thesis, the analytical study of Jinzhuo Love hospital’s marketing situation and the related marketing theory were used to make the conducive marketing strategies for the hospitalFinally, the scientific and feasibility suggestions were put forward for the marketing development of Jinzhuo Love hospital by clearing the hospital development direction, changing the hospital management mode, meeting the demand of consumers for medical treatment and making better marketing strategies.
