Musculoskeletal Revive Capsule On Moderate And Severe Clinical Postoperative Neurological Recovery Of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Objective:The main purpose of this study is to observe the postoperative functional recovery of moderate or severe degree cubital tunnel syndrome with jinji fusheng capsule,processing the data to investgate its role in the ulner nerve function improvement,to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of the drug.Method:60cases with moderate or severe degree cubital tunnel syndrome and succeeded anterior transposition of ulnar nerve were divided into2groups randomly. Observation group (30cases) were treated with jinji fusheng capsule treatment for20weeks. Control group (30cases) were treated with Methylcobalamin for20weeks. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared by observing the MNCV of ulnar nerve and the changes of the subjective symptoms, impersonal physical signs before and after surgery,taking the capsules on8weeks,16weeks and20weeks. It also monitored the drug’s security at the same time.Result:Before and after the surgery, the clinical observation and the MNCV of the ulnar nerve function showed that there was no statistic significant difference between two groups (p>0.05). By comparing with after surgery,8weeks,12weeks,16weeks and20weeks treatments, there was statistic significant differences with two groups in improvement of the patients ulnar nerve function (p<0.05). After12weeks,16weeks and20weeks treatment, there was no statistic significant differences between the two groups comparing (p>0.05). After20weeks, the MNCV of the ulnar nerve showed that there was no statistic significant difference between two groups (p>0.05).Conclusions:The present trail indicated that both Jinji Fusheng Capsule and Methylcobalamin had certain curative effect in improving the postoperativ functional recovery of moderate or severe degree cubital tunnel syndrome.In additionally, the treatment group had slower effect than the control group, but from overall there was no statistic significant differences between the two groups. There was no adverse effect in the two groups.
