Clinical Efficacy Acrid Bitter Drop Treating Cold And Heat Mixed Type Of Reflux Esophagitis

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is one of the most common esophageal motility disorders of clinical Gastroenterology,its disease incidence rate is high,a variety of symptoms,and can cause serios compolications. Reflux Esophagitis is one type of GERD,and endoscopic visible that esophageal mucosa is damaged.The modem Medical science thinks its main pathogenesis is relax the esophageal sphincter in the lower.Although Modern Medical treatment has achieved some effect,but its recurrence rate is high after stopping,poor long-term curative effect and serious influence patient’s quality of life,in recent years,Chinese Medicine treatment showed some advantages,but lock more clinical date support, therefore, should pay attention to theeffect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Objective:This subject is to carry out a clinical research of xinkaikujiang method to cure Gastroesophageal reflux disease(cold and heat mixed type).The aims is throughing the randomized controlled and blind experiment research to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of curing Gastroesophageal reflux disease(cold and heat mixed type) by using xinkaikujiang method.It is intended to provide reliability of the drug for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:In this reseach,the observed object column for the outpatient cases diagnosis for Gastroesophageal reflux disease(cold and heat mixed type).The group with66patients were divided into2groups by randomly,and there were33cases in the treatment group.,40cases in the control group.The recipe of the treatment group is xinkaikujiang granules,half-hour before breakfast and dining,150ml every time, combined with Ray Bella of enteric coated capsules20mg,half-hour before breakfast; while the control group using Fried malt granules,150ml every time, and combined with Ray Bella of enteric coated capsules20mg,half-hour before breakfast.The treatment periods of the2groups is both4weeks.Results:there were3-case cured,24-case were significantly improved,4-case were in effect and3-case were non-effective among33-case in the treatment group,and the total effective rate is90.9%;and there were0-case cured,6-case were significantly improved,16-case were in effect,11-case were non-effective among33-case in control group,and the total effective rate is66.7%.There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The syndrome integral of two groups decreased after the treatment,and there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has better clinical efficacy by using the methods of xinkaikujiang method in curing Gastroesophageal reflux disease(cold and heat mixed type).And it plays a significantly improved role in the patients which have the major symptoms such as Acid regurgitation, heartburn,Retrosternal pain etc.Xinkaikujiang method has no obvious noxious and side-effects in treats Gastroesophageal reflux disease(cold and heat mixed type).It is safe, innoxious, effective that deserved to spread.
