Scrapping Increased Clinical Observation Cell Tumors In Patients With Tablets

This dissertation includes two parts:a literature review and a clinical research.The literature review is about the clinical progress in the treatment of post-chemotherapeutic neutropenia with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.lt includes the incidence of malignant tumor in recent years,the mechanism of post-chemotherapeutic granulocytopenia and its clinical manifestations and complications, mainly on the aspects of Chinese and Western medicine treatment in recent years are discussed.After comprehensive analysis, we know that chemotherapy drugs often leads to normal hematopoietic cells be inhibited, thus the presence of granulocytopenia, which influences the life quality of the patients, delay or interrupt the chemotherapy, and even results in serious complications.Western medicine treatment is mainly to promote the release of the mature granulocytes and proliferation and differentiation of the hematopoietic stem cells, granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) is mainly used.On the other hand,Western medicine has the systematic coping style to the disease and its complications. But the price is expensive and G-CSF just has a short action time that after stopping the medicine, granulocytopenia repeats easily. Chinese medicine has all kinds of treatment methods, such like traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint injection,alone or in combination applied in the clinical practice.The treatment has the stable and lasting efficacy, but slow.So to take a new sight of neutropenia from the basic theory of TCM, and find a way to rapidly increase the granulocyte is the focus of this research.In the clinical research, the specific physiological characteristics of granulocyte is reanalyzed, thus the correlation is found between granulocyte and the traditional Chinese medicine "Wei Yang" theory.To use the scraping method on the Du meridian, two bladder meridian, two rib from the spine to the posterior axillary line, two iliac spine to the posterior axillary line, so as to effect on the Wei Yang level, germinal Wei Yang, stimulate the body Yang, resist exogenous evils,thus to observe the effect of increasing the1granulocytes.Objective:To observe the effect to the peripheral blood granulocyte of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ leucopenia in tumor patients with scraping treatment. Methods:25cases of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ leucopenia patients as the observation object, to observe the change of peripheral blood components from the day of scraping and the next morning after scraping,especially focus on the neutrophil changes.To have a further evaluation of the efficiency and the increase rate,at the same time,to observe the change of hemoglobin and platelet,so as to confirm whether there was blood dilution.Results:The neutrophils of the25cases before and after scraping therapy respectively in (1.67±0.48)×109/L,(2.24±0.96)×109/L, there was significant difference. And this result is based on the blood dilution after scraping (red blood cell, hemoglobin, platelet were slightly decreased, there was significant difference),witch further illustrates the reliability of neutrophils increasing.Neutrophils was increased after scraping, elevated in80%patients (20/25), among which12cases increased to0.5×109/L and above, accounting for48%. After scraping neutrophils raised from3.2%to272.8%, reduced from13.7%to43.4%. Changes in the average amplitude was+39.9%. The infection rate was0%.Further analysis of the correlative factors that may affect the scraping effect on the neutrophils,showed that there was Obvious linear relationship between the scraping method increasing neutrophils and the bone marrow suppression history or G-CSF taking history,there was significant difference.Bone marrow suppression history or G-CSF taking history means storage ability is poor, so that scraping method increasing neutrophils effect is not obvious.Conclusion:Scraping method can increase peripheral blood neutrophils level in the tumor patients, with rapid onset and high safety, and is worthy of further study and clinical practice.
