Colorectal Close Clinical Observation And Treatment Of Functional Constipation Synergies Shu Points Raised

Objective:In this study, e. Yu Muxue (electro acupuncture Dachangshu, Tianshu), Jing He (Fu he point Quchi, Shangjuxu) the selection and compatibility is applied, and the back Shu and front Mu point group (Dachangshu, Tianshu), Jing He Fu complex point group (Quchi, Shangjuxu) were compared, to observe its effect on functional patients with constipation week defecation frequency, stool and defecate difficulty degree, to investigate the effects of acupuncture on Yu Mu, Jing He Fu, combination of different points on the clinical effect of functional constipation were observed at the same time, Yu Muxue and Jing He Fu and compatibility have synergistic effect, and provide clinical evidence for the study of the synergistic effect of acupoint.Methods:97cases of patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into Escherichia he Mu acupoints compatibility group, Yu Xue raised a point with point group, the Fu complex point group, fall off in2cases after95cases were effective, e. he mu (unilateral acupoints compatibility Dachangshu, Tianshu, Shangjuxu, Qu Chi) group of24cases, Yu Xuemu acupuncture acupoints (bilateral Dachangshu, Tianshu) group was36cases, the Fu and acupoints (bilateral Shangjuxu, Qu Chi) group was35cases. The three groups each with20Hz current, continuous wave stimulation30minutes,5times per week for1～2weeks, the3～4week treatment was3times a week, for4weeks, a total of16times to do treatment. Completed before treatment, second weeks after the treatment (fourth weeks), in January after the end of treatment, follow-up, patients with functional constipation were recorded weekly defecation, stool score, difficult defecation score, and the statistics and analysis of the data. Result:1. The three group before and after comparison:and before treatment, follow-up treatment for2weeks,4weeks and three weeks after January, stool frequency, stool and difficult defecation scores were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and the therapy for2weeks than4weeks after treatment, curative effect is increasing, there is statistical difference (P<0.05), with extended treatment cycle, its curative effect is on the increase. The follow-up in January after the end of treatment, respectively, and the treatment of2weeks,4weeks, and there was no significant difference in the curative effect of each group (P>0.05), the three groups after the treatment, in January is still the basic maintenance treatment period of efficacy.2. The comparison between three groups:there were no statistical differences in week defecation frequency, stool, defecation difficulties score (P>0.05); there were no statistical differences (P>0.05), the efficacy between the three groups comparable.Conclusion:1. Electroacupuncture acupoints compatibility group E. he mu, Yu Xue raised the point with point group, the Fu and acupoints group can effectively improve the patients with functional constipation week defecation frequency, stool and difficulty degree of defecation, after January is still basic maintenance effect.2. The curative effects of three groups were similar, Yu Xue raised a point and the synergistic effect of Fu he point which is not obvious, need to be further verified.
