And to heal patients were followed up for3months, the recurrence was observed.60patients detect allergen at the same time, record and analysis results.Research results:1flavored allergic decoction group total effective rate was86.67%, cetirizine hydrochloride group total effective rate was70.00%, flavored allergic decoction group and the curative effect of cetirizine hydrochloride group there was no significant difference (P>0.05).2after4weeks of treatment, flavored allergic decoction group and cetirizine hydrochloride group, all the symptoms of total credit has fallen. Between the two groups before and after4weeks treatment the total score was no significant difference (P>0.05); The two groups before treatment and4weeks after treatment of self-reflection has significant difference (P<0.05).3flavored allergy Fried and cetirizine hydrochloride group before treatment, treatment after2weeks and4weeks after treatment of itching to compare difference was not significant (P>0.05); In the two groups before treatment, treatment after2weeks and4weeks after treatment of itching degree index of self-reflection in the group were significant difference (P<0.05); Flavored allergy decoction group after2weeks and4weeks after treatment, against SAO is urticant symptom effectiveness were83.33%and83.33%, obviously better than that of cetirizine hydrochloride group were56.67%and70.00%, the efficient difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4the allergen test dust mites and house dust mites have the highest positive rate.Conclusion:flavored allergic frying and cetirizine hydrochloride in patients with chronic urticaria were effective. Flavored allergy decoction can obviously relieve the itch degree and the lesion of chronic urticaria, and is safe and effective clinical worth extending.
