PART I The natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA/BMP) test reportObjective:To study the application value natural of composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA/BMP).Method:1to44rabbits were randomly divided into muscular sac group (10), tibia group (10) and alveolar bone group (24).2were implanted natural type mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA) in the sides of the back muscles and muscle groups capsule natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA/BMP), groups on both sides of the tibia IHA were implanted into the tibia bone and hydroxyapatite (HA); would IHA/BMP or IHA set of pre-prepared implant alveolar bone defects.3rabbits were sacrificed at2,4,8,12weeks and observe the binding of implant materials and animal tissue.Results:The experimental IHA/BMP osteogenic effect is significantly higher than the IHA. Conclusion:IHA/. BMP with similar cross bones mesh pores, enabling conduction osteoblasts, root surface is also a small amount of new bone deposition, is the current repair of periodontal bone defects ideal artificial substitute materials.PART II The clinical research of natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite in repairing of periodontal bone defectsObjective:To evaluate the natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA/BMP) clinical effects of alveolar bone defect repair. Method:1.52patients with60teeth were selected with periodontal disease were randomly divided into:a natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA/BMP), Natural type mesh-like hydroxyapatite (IHA), hydroxyapatite (HA)(control group).2. patients after periodontal therapy, IHA/BMP, IHA, HA three bioactive materials were implanted.3. The level of teeth periodontal attachment loss (CAL) and tooth mobility were analysised preoperative and postoperative6,12months, respectively.Result:IHA/BMP group efficacy in clinical trials than IHA group and HA group. IHA/BMP group level of periodontal attachment loss (CAL) and tooth mobility decreases after3,6,12months. IHA group, HA group level of periodontal attachment loss (CAL) and tooth mobility after6to12months, no significant decrease.Conclusion:IHA/BMP promotes alveolar repair teeth with periodontal diseases, may become a clinical treatment of bone defects in a rational repair materials.
