Addiction memory plays an important role in relapse. Addiction memory also undergoes memoryreconsolidation phase. When a memory is reactivated, it is vulnerable to disruption. Disruptingaddiction memory reconsolidation maybe a way to eliminate addiction memory. Our research usesconditioned place preference(CPP) model to establish rats’morphine reward memory. After rewardmemory was reactivated, three dosage of scopolamine(0.5mg/kg,1mg/kg,2mg/kg) wasadministrative to disrupt memory reconsolidation. This process repeats10times.The result of experiment suggested that after the frist memory reactivation,0.5mg/kg and2mg/kg scopolamine may inhibits the expression of morphine induced CPP in some degree with nosignificance difference compared with saline group. After ten times memory reactivation, threedosage of scopolamine groups have no significance differences compared with saline group in theexpression of morphine induced CPP, yet the average expression of reward memory of the threescopolamine groups are all higher than saline group. The research indicated that scopolamine administration after repeated memory reactivationdisrupt reward memory extinction more than reward memory reconsolidation. |
