We investigated the influence of Think/No-Think processes to serial reaction time task(SRTT) in three different conscious status separately.All three experiments were divided into four phases, including learning phase, experimental phase(TNT processes), free generation phase and memory test phase. Participants accomplish these four phases in implicit or partly explicit or totally explicit conscious status.During the learning phase, participants reacted to blue points presented at one of four positions regularly, which include three different sequences, In the experimental phase, participants were asked to recall the corresponding finger actions to green points presented as one of the three sequences, and stop recalling the corresponding finger actions to red points presented as the other one of the three sequences. Then participants were asked to generate random sequences freely, and in the test phase, participants reacted to blue points again as the learning phase.The results suggested that Think and No-Think processes make significant different influences to sequence learning. Think process improved sequence learning largely and the effect of No-Think process was less. And sequence learning with conscious improved SRTT especially the partly explicit status.
