This paper makes a study of the<uyile ur-e-yin tunggalag toli kemegci orosibai> sutra, which was originally written in the Tibetan language by a well known lama blo-bzang snan-grags in Ordos Banner, Translated into Mongolian later by blo-bzang bzod-pa. In1940, it is printed by stone printing in Xing Ye printing shop in Hailar City. In this sutra, The author discusses about the karma with stories and examples and teaches people that good action leads to good result and evil reaps evil, then he remind people to do the good and avoid the bad.This paper consists of the introduction and the main body which is in turn made up of three parts.In the introduction section is<uyile ur-e-yin tunggalag toli kemegci orosibai> is outlined and its previous study is summarized. Significance of the study and the methodology are also explained.The first part of the thesis is the study on the time of writing, authorship and Mongolian translators of<uyile ur-e-yin tunggalag toli kemegci orosibai>. The second part is a summary and analysis of the sutra. The third part is Attempt to resolve the ideological and social significance of the sutra.
