Jin Yunqiao is one of the Chinese romantic novel in late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty composed by QingXinCaiRen. The story of its Wang Cuiqiao based on the documentation of the history, literature and text notes. Vietnamese poet Nguyen Du borrowed the themes of Jin Yunqiao composing Doan Truong Tan Thanh(also known as Truyen Kieu), a long narrative poem written in the script "Chu Nom", consisting of3254"Luc Bat", best known as an excellent represent of Vietnamese literature in the world. So far, various research has focused on comparing the two in terms of literary works. For the question of how Truyen Kieu by way was born in an extremely different appearance under the available theme of Jin Yunqiao, process of discovering the phenomenon of "the Tale of Kieu" is only on the perspective of cultural studies, lacking of macro-comparative look for the two files, as well as the defection of deep and wide sides. This dissertation will present such an analysis, comparison between two versions in a comprehensive way, then proceeding to discuss similarities and differences between two works. During the study, the combination of literary, cultural and historical evidence mainly based on a literary perspective, and focused on the expression of the culture, art and history to expand the limit of research.Besides the introduction and conclusion, the dissertation is divided into four parts.The first part is of profiles on Jin Yunqiao Biography. First, from the perspective of culture conducted endorsing of the author, version, composition and content of Jin Yunqiao. Then, they are followed by the achievements and influence of Jin Yunqiao.The second part is of profiles on Truyen Kieu Biography. First, from the perspective of culture conducted certification of author, creation, edition, composition and content of Truyen Kieu. Then they are continued by research achievements and the influence of Truyen Kieu.The third part is the interaction between the Jin Yunqiao and Truyen Kieu, summarizing the research, comparison between the two works.The fourth part is the comparison between Jin Yunqiao and Truyen Kieu.
