A Study On Yu Hui Of The Kieu Story By Nguyen Du

The Kieu Story,one of the literary classics of Vietnam,whichwriteen by Nguyen Du, is based on the novel Jin Yun Qiao Zhuan ofQing Xin Cai Ren of China in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty,hasmade a huge success,It has reached a toppest height in language field.This paper is objective to study on the YuHui(语汇) of The Kieu Story.YuHui(语汇) study has obtained many breakthroughs in Chinese.Thereis not a language terminology like “YuHui” in Vietnamese, but hasacquired plenty achievements in the idiom and folk adage territorysalready.We will raise a viewpoint that it should have a terminology like“YuHui” in Vietnamese,and will take the Kieu Story for example tostudy in this field.Through the Kieu Story we had collected about356“YuHui”in total,if add other ‘pre-YuHui’which we think these can alsoregard as ‘Yuhui’,it will reach552in total.This paper divide into seven chapters.Included re-define theidiom, folk adage,locution for new definitions,which will provide atheory evidence for collecting the ‘Yu Hui’ in the Kieu Story.And thenwere about ‘Yu Hui’s structure type, origin, condensation,the wholesituation of ‘Yu Hui’ of the Kieu Story,and so on.Besides about,thispaper also analyzed196‘word group’s which we thought those can beregarded as “Yu”(语), compared the ‘Relevanted Yu Hui’ between twoworks:the Kieu Story of Nguyen Du and the Jin Yun Qiao Zhuan of QingXin Cai Ren,about ‘Yu Hui’ and translation. In the end,we pointed outthat there are generous ‘Yu Hui’s in Vietnamese,we can take them for anindependent part to analyse alone.And we re-define the definition of‘Yu’,neither for denying the achievement of predecessors,nor for filterout or get rid of some ‘Yu’s,but for classifying ‘Yu’s reasonablily.Finally,we think that studying the ‘Yu Hui’s of the Kieu Story is feasible andmeaningful.
