"King Lear" Plot Dynasty

Aristotle’s academic contribution involves many disciplines, including literature related is one of his famous book aesthetics poetics. Poetics is the literary theory works about drama and epic, in which Aristotle addressed the most, the most detailed, is about the theory of tragedy. Shakespeare’s king Lear is regarded as one of the most tragic works, today, is still many scholar’s research object.This paper combined with Aristotle’s theory of tragedy, especially on the relevant expositions of tragic situations, through close reading and research, analysis of the plot structure and the change of king Lear. In king Lear, Shakespeare the main and subordinate line parallel interlaced in the development of the plot arrangement, peripeteia and revealment that exists in the main and subordinate line in the plot at the same time. Through layout and materials, action and influence, plot arrangements such as time and space, greatly played a tragedy, Shakespeare shows the subtle changes in character psychology, and through the characters in action, make stage extremely shocked. Through double ending the plot of the organization, reflects the Shakespeare of inheritance and innovation of Aristotle’s theory of tragedy.
