Almost every Mongolian family, especially the ones engaged in animal husbandary hung a small flag, which is called "Hiimori" in Mongolian and "rlung rta" in Tibetan. In this essay compares few versions of Mongolian "Sang of Hiimori"(poem of Hiimori) and one version of Tibetan "Sang of Himori" to find out the meaning of this flag and the poetries.This dissertation consists of Introduction, three main chapters, conclusion and appendix.Introduction introduces the meaning and purpose of this topic, research methods and literature review.First chapter briefly introduces the overall concept of poetry of Sang. Poetry of Sang mainly includes:Sang poetry of nature, sang poetry of human society and the sang poetry of nature and human society.Second chapter mainly discussed the Hiimori and Sang of Hiimori. The origin of the Hiimori, Mongolian Hiimori and Tibetan rlung rta, Sang of Hiimori (Mongolian Tibetan edition).Third chapter mainly studies main content and trend of Sang of Hiimori, the relation between Sang of Hiimori and the text and design of rlung rta, the purpose and meaning of reciting the Sang of Hiimori.In conclusion summarizes the whole dissertation.
