QiBi Heli and seven generations after him in his family made great contributions to Tang Dynasty’polity, and to the foundation and development of military affairs from he took along his followings to come over and pledge allegiance during the period of Zhenguan. After the fifth generation QiBitong’s death, his descendents removed ancestral graves to JingZhao’s WanNian in a long distance, and still let them to be native place. It was the result of bureaucratization and centralization after QiBi’s family entered to Tang to set the native place in JingZhao and WanNian. This phenomenon was also the result of evolution of political culture in Tang Dynasty. The purpose of this paper is to study historical materials and the epitaphs involved QiBi’s family members native places’transition after he attached to Tang Dynasty. With native change as the breakthrough point, through analyzing the formation and decline of GuZang and YongChang, and establishenment of native in WanNian,to make a systemic comb. Then we can pry into the transition of TangDynasty’s politic and culture by studying rise and decline of will sweet’s family, and come to a conclution that QiBiheli’s family fall its native in JingZhao wannian because of develement of social environment.
