The full text structurealtogether is divided four parts, total of more than40000words.The first part of this paper, discusses the general situation of the Shuichengmodern folk painting, and analyzes on three aspects: the general situation ofShuicheng County, modern folk painting and the history of Shuicheng modern folkpainting, to find out the relationship between the environment of geographical, thehistory of the cultural factors and the development of modern folk painting reciprocity,and find out the formation of the reasons of the history of Shuicheng modern folkpainting, the situation of training and development, then discusses a culture behind theperformance of social culture. The second part of this paper makes a concrete analysisof the artistic characteristics of Shuicheng modern folk painting in four aspectsincluding the composition, color and shape of Shuicheng modern folk painting, theartistic beauty it shows, a comparative study of the modern folk painting of otherplaces and the effect of Guizhou folk art on it. The part of this paper illustrates theimportant condition that it can be saved and developed of Shuicheng modern folk painting. The third part of the essay is a general Cultural Analysis of Modern folkpainting of Shuicheng from4aspects--Practice, field, capital and function theory.Through analysis of the cultural background of modern folk paintings, folk literatureexpression form, functional analysis and material source will be helpful to understandthe traditional folk culture deeply in the role of development of society.The fourth partof the essay, from the aspect of inheritance, development and innovation of themodern folk painting of Shuicheng to probe that national development has a long terminfluence to painting. Besides that, a development method of Traditional folk culturalheritage protection for other area is presented.
