Nabis Painting Revelation For Me Painting Practice

In a hundred years later, the Nabis art still has its charm and a high value of appreciation. Inorder to improve the quality of personal painting works, this article summarizes the influence ofNabis painting art on my current research study by the mode of thinking of induction anddeduction, analogy reasoning and comprehensive analysis, according to the theory, works andrelated documents of Nabis, using the observation method, the literature research method,experience summary method.The artistic characteristics of Nabis: subjectivity, symbolic, decorative, plane, order andcomprehensive. Combining the artistic features of Nabis, explores the painting language fromthe individual perspective in my practice of painting, describes the enlightenment of Nabispainting on the personal creation. Combining the related materials of the Nabis, the selection ofsubject matter, explains the point of view about the selection of subject matter should be close tolife, things should be carefully observed from multiple perspectives, in the face of popular artistsneed to understand the characteristics, estimate the change of the situation, and grasp theaesthetic law.Nabis painting gives me a lot of inspirations. The art group which had been neglected hasthe practical significance for my painting practice. Combine their artistic ideas and style withChinese traditional culture and characteristic of the time can produce new visual effects.
