Research "Warring States" Language Skills And Rhetorical Devices

Liu Xiang is a Han Dynasty’s Chancellor. He compiled a book "Warring States",which record245years history up to the Spring-Autumn period and down to the Chu-Han period. This book has the Unique literary value because of its language style and the vivid characters. This article will be focus on the language communication skills and the concept of rhetoric, order to analyze the book’s language perspective.This article contains four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction including three parts. The first part introduces the life of Liu Xiang, the process of the "Warring States" becoming a book, and the sources of material of the "Warring States". The second part introduces which is this article’s accorded version. The third part through analysing the research status, explains the significance of this study.Chapter second first introduces the process of Verbal communication.Then research the Counselorers how to use a variety of communication skills to successfully achieve the purpose from the five aspects; context、speech act、indirect speech acts、the cooperation principles and the special role of interrogative.The third chapter first makes a brief overview of Mr. Chen’s view of Rhetorical; Based on Mr. Chen’s view of Rhetorical,the most ink is used to Investigate the effect of a wide variety Rhetorics from three parts; Material、Artistic conception and Chapters。The fourth chapter makes the brief summary,also points out the existing problems in the creation, indicates the need for further study of the "Warring States"...
